I went out this morning early to visit Marilyn.
I dropped by to see the nursing staff and to give them some honey buns and candy just to say thanks for taking special care of her.
When I arrived the nurses had just started the process of giving her a bath. Once they finished and got her settled back in her room I went back in to visit and check on her. She was resting and only after a while did she even wake only for about 2 minutes enough for me to stop in and say hello. I stayed for a while longer and was not successful on getting her to awaken again.
Update on Tanya’s surgery we are still scheduled for November the 6th at St. Francis.
Thanks again for all your continued prayers and support.

Marilyn was sleeping soundly this evening. I could not get her to wake up. Rubbed her arm, called her name but she did not stir at all.
Her face seemed flushed and bloated as did her stomach this evening. I sat by her bed for approx 45 minutes and left as she couldn’t wake up.

Marilyn was sleeping when I went in this evening, she did finally open her eyes and smiled. She asked what was new. We talked for a little while, but she was having a hard time keeping her eyes open. I asked her if she enjoyed having Dee her with her the last few days and she verbalized I sure did.
Marilyn’s sister Dee has been visiting with Marilyn for a few days. Marilyn had some lovely flowers from Dean and Katie, I read the card and held the flowers so she could see them better. Marilyn said they are lovely.
We talked about the Presidential debate being on tonight and she said that she wanted to watch it, I put the TV on the a channel that it will be on before I left.
Marilyn’s skin looked good, but she did seem a little flushed. Her stomach did not seem as bloated this evening.
Doyle and Virginia had been to visit also.
