Floyd & Marilyn Update
Floyd is a little better this a.m. His temperature is under control and he is resting better. They have located a blood clot in his left arm and are addressing this issue. He is in “Isolation” and a gown and gloves should be worn while in his room.
Hopefully, today Marilyn will agree to the needed medical procedures she has been refusing.
Al is in town, with Floyd Jr. arriving today. Marilyns sister Chris is there as are a cousin. They leave tomorrow.

As I sit here reading your entries day to day, I can’t imagine the pain your family is going through. My father is 83 and we live each day never knowing if the next will be his last. Floyd and Marilyn are so young and it dosen’t seem fair that life has been taken away from them like this. I hope and pray that all turns out well. Floyd, Marilyn and your family are in my prayers daily. Kathy from California

We visited with both Marilyn and Floyd early last week. We went to see Marilyn first and her sister was with her which I am sure helps her spirits. She did try to mouth words and smiled. She had just received an injection for anxiety so fell asleep while we were there.
Floyd seemed in better spirits than Marilyn and tried to talk to us. We stayed and visited for a short time. Seemed glad that we had come by.
We think of them often and pray for them every day.

Dear Marilyn,
It has been many years since Allerton High School, but I have not
forgotten you and pray for your return to good health.
We live in Zionsville, IN, in a Senior Community near to our son, Chris.
I have heard from Dian Chrisman, Richardson and Fran Bryan, Henderson, and they have kept me up to date on you and your husband. I pray that
God will give you strength and that you will not give up.
My best wishes to you.
Your old school teacher at Allerton.
