Marilyn Visit 9-9-08
Marilyn was awake when I visited this evening, and smiled and said Hi so glad to see you, when I went in.
Was good to see her alert and talking. Asked her how she was feeling and she said ok. Wanted to know what was new with me. We chatted for a while and I showed her some vacation pictures, she was having a hard time focusing on them. Asked if she wanted her glasses on and she said no it’s OK. Watered her flowers and brought them over so she could see them better.
All of a sudden Marilyn started calling out help me, told her I was right here and she said she was hurting bad. I asked her where she was hurting and she said her stomach. Her stomach was a little bloated this evening. She kept calling out help and I told her would get the nurse. Nurse came in and talked to Marilyn and said that she would get her some medicine for her stomach pain. Which she did.
